SHIPPING & HANDLING

All shipping, handling and insurance is to be paid by the purchaser. We will ship via the best and lowest cost shipper available. Personal delivery of furniture may be possible depending on specifics.

SALES TAX REQUIREMENT

RESIDENTS OF NC MUST PAY 6% SALES TAX OR PROVIDE RESALE CERTIFICATION TO SELLER WHEN SENDING PAYMENT. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF NC, SALES TAX DOES NOT APPLY.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS OF ORDER

OBVIOUSLY AN ITEM IS TAKEN OFF THE MARKET WHEN SOLD, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF ANOTHER POSSIBLE SALE. ANY CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN A 2 DAY PERIOD AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER IS PLACED.

We guarantee all items as represented. We try to describe all items thoroughly to disclose any damage and picture all areas of items to avoid returns. If it is determined that the item is to be returned, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 working days from the date it was shipped. There will be a full refund less shipping and insurance only if the item is returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
